After our initial phone consultation, if you decide to schedule an appointment with me, I will email you with login information to my secure client portal to register as a new client and fill out the provided forms prior to our first appointment. You may print out the forms for your own records if you wish.
The secure client portal is the best way for clients to communicate with me electronically. This portal is encrypted and meets HIPPA standards for confidentiality, so please send secure e-mail messages regarding scheduling or routine questions to me through your client portal, instead of traditional email.
